The Loft, situated at 6 Artarmon Road, Willoughby, underwent a transformation from the former Channel 9 offices into a sophisticated sales suite and site office for the Willoughby Development project. Our team executed a comprehensive renovation, creating a fully functional sales suite and high-quality office environment.

With the site-wide redevelopment now concluded, future plans for The Loft include its conversion into retail premises on the ground floor, with commercial offices occupying the first floor. CD Construction ensured that the basebuild of the structure was designed to seamlessly accommodate this envisioned transition, aligning with the evolving needs of the development and enhancing its adaptability for future tenants.
