Compliance with SafeWork NSW, the Building Commissioner and the DBP Act

CD Construction Group manages project documentation and site obligations in line with SafeWork NSW, the NSW Building Commissioner and the Design and Building Practitioners Act. This may also include AS 4654, AS 3740 and relevant National Construction Code requirements.

Handover and what the client receives

Handover documents are tracked throughout delivery and may include as-built drawings, warranties, compliance certificates and the building manual. Outstanding items are also recorded before the client takes possession.
