Vedalia
Vedalia is a boutique multi-residential development in Double Bay, redesigned from 13 to seven luxury apartments. As a Class 2 building, it presented complex structural demands, including a two-level basement below the water table. CD Construction Group successfully delivered the project, complete with a 9-metre-high lobby, 3-metre skylight and operable glass louvre system. High-speed lifts, secure parking and refined landscaping round out this standout luxury residential project, which achieved record-breaking sales.
Mosman Residence
This luxury residential project in Mosman began with the demolition of a dated three-storey home and was reimagined as a custom build from the ground up. It features herringbone flooring, a three-storey chandelier, bamboo soffits and detailed finishes. Outdoors, the home offers a pool, raised jacuzzi, fire pit and alfresco area. The result is an exceptional example of high-end residential construction in one of Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs.
Woollahra Residence
Location Private Located in the leafy green suburb of Woollahra, the team at CD Construction were engaged to reform this luxurious residence whilst conserving its original heritage features. The roofing systems for this project utilised a combination of traditional slate and standing seam materials increasing its durability and aesthetics appeal. In our renovation and extension works, the structural stabilisation of the existing dwelling and underpinning of all boundary walls were imperative to the delivery of this opulent home.
Paddington Penthouse
Client Private Located in the stylish Sydney suburb of Paddington is a magnificent Penthouse project delivered by the CD Construction team. From demolition of existing structures and site preparation to alteration and addition works, this abode on the 7th floor had an overhaul and makeover to be proud of. We converted existing concrete slabs into 2 new balconies, installed a new gas fireplace, new aluminium framed windows, upgraded the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, roof terrace as well as converted a section of the existing balcony into an internal wet area.
Elamang Ave Kirribilli
Client Private This project was a high end single dwelling residential building consisting of a complete knockdown, excavation and new build. CDCG were engaged when design was approximately 70% complete and worked with the project team to finalise design and provide input to ensure budget and program were maintained. The project team worked together in order to deliver the project on budget and within program to a standard of absolute excellence. The end result was an outstanding success for the Client.
City Ford Level 6 Unit Renovation
Client Private Location East Sydney NSW Convert unfilled commercial space of 1300m² into thirteen individual residential units with common areas, lift lobbies and lift shaft extension. The works included structural elements, plasterboard, wet areas, kitchens and joinery.
45 Ryries Parade
Client Private Location Cremorne, Sydney Knock down of existing dwelling and excavation in rock to allow for new construction. Construction of new architecturally designed four (4) storey house. External landscaping works inclusive of swimming pool.
110 Darling Street
Client Private Location Balmain, Sydney Knock down existing house and construction of new three storey Greg Natale designed house. External landscaping works inclusive of swimming pool.
Penthouse Fitout
Client Zinc Developments Location Beaconsfield NSW Zinc Terraces was the construction of six three storey terraces using a mix of materials from AFS perimeter and inter-tenancy walls and truss deck flooring systems. The façade was a culmination of Zinc façade cladding and acrylic render. Contract Value – $3,200,000.
Queen St Beaconsfield

Client Private Location Haberfield NSW Complete structural upgrade and internal refurbishment of the existing house, garage and studio. Complete re-landscaping of the entire yard including new driveways, gardens, drainage and decking. Construction of new pool and cabana.
