Located in the stylish Sydney suburb of Paddington is a magnificent Penthouse project delivered by the CD Construction team. From demolition of existing structures and site preparation to alteration and addition works, this abode on the 7th floor had an overhaul and makeover to be proud of.

We converted existing concrete slabs into 2 new balconies, installed a new gas fireplace, new aluminium framed windows, upgraded the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, roof terrace as well as converted a section of the existing balcony into an internal wet area.
