Restoration and adaptive reuse of the heritage listed Mungerie House. Construction of an adjoining structure which formed the main community centre and facilities for the adjoining residential development.
Extension to existing structure and base building works to allow for a future cafe fit out by others. External carpentry works including pergolas, walkways, water tower and fencing.
