Alterations to basement, ground floor and first floor of the existing hotel including structural, partial demolition and excavation works. Construction of a new bar area, dining area, courtyard, bathrooms and all back of house facilities. The works included all necessary BCA and DDA upgrades and acoustic treatment to windows.
