Key components of the project included demolishing the existing structure while preserving the Marrickville Road façade. Additionally, extensive works such as underpinning, roof modifications, and constructing a new two-story infill building with a courtyard were undertaken on site. The most prominent feature of this project is the newly designed facade facing the rear lane, resembling the visage of a cat.
