Located in the heart of Double Bay this high-end medium density residential project achieved records for the developer in sales. The project initially comprised 13 apartments but was finally amalgamated to have only 7. With a two level below water table basement the excavation and structure for this development was one of the key challenges successfully managed.

The common lobby features a 9m high ceiling, 3m long skylight and extensive glass louvre system, giving the area all the natural light it needs. This 3-storey luxurious apartment block comprises includes 2 high speed internal lifts, 2 levels of basement parking and storage as well as extensive and detailed external landscaping.
