The project encompassed the backfilling of Levels 2 and 3 of Myer, along with structural upgrades to accommodate future developments on Myer Level 4. Additionally, comprehensive refurbishments and service upgrades were executed across the surrounding malls spanning approximately 4,000m2 of retail space. This included reconfiguring the layout to incorporate new specialty tenancies.
