Lilydale House is the former heritage nurses’ quarters of Marrickville Hospital. A 2 storey Edwardian house converted into 2-storey, 3-bedroom residential apartments. The works involved the heritage restoration, adaptive reuse and conservation of unique heritage elements for residential use.
