Marrickville Community Hub

The development consists of a new 2,500m² state of the art library facility constructed around the repurposed “Marrickville Hospital” housing reading rooms, collection spaces and workspaces for library staff. The building uses a high-tech natural ventilation system, a combination of FSC and recycled timber and many other environmentally sustainable processes to deliver an exceptional facility for the local and broader community.
