The Tooheys Brewery at Lidcombe spans over 8.5 Hectares and has been developed and expanded over the past 50 years. We have operated as the onsite Building Maintenance Team for the site including a Full Time Building Operations Manager. We oversee a large variety of maintenance works ranging from fire compliance upgrades, leak identification and repairs, flooring make good, electrical and hydraulic investigations, repairs and upgrades as well as civil and infrastructure repairs, scaffolding and access requirements. Over the course of our years onsite we have assisted and managed the successful delivery of many challenging budget targets set by our clients.
