CD recently undertook the project of constructing an eight-level apartment block, which involved intricate demolition and extensive bulk excavation. Despite challenging access conditions, the project was successfully executed to deliver a modern living space.
The studio apartments, ranging from 22 to 31 square metres, embrace the “Teilhaus” style, emphasizing compact and efficient living. These residences are complemented by inviting communal spaces including a large kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, and a serene garden terrace, all designed to foster a sense of community among residents.
Additionally, the ground floor accommodates two commercial spaces earmarked for a hospitality venue and an art gallery, enhancing the vibrant character of the development and contributing to the local cultural landscape
